Wendy Sandridge, also known as Travel Mom Wendy, is a Luxury Travel Specialist who combines her passion for travel with her career, following in the footsteps of her mother, Barbara, a longtime travel advisor. Wendy's journey in travel began when she coordinated a cruise for 385 people in 2004, and since then, she's worked with thousands of clients to plan unique and memorable trips worldwide. Wendy’s expertise, personal connections with industry professionals, and attention to detail help create exceptional travel experiences, often with special touches for her clients. She thrives on seeing her clients’ joy and sharing in their travel memories. Wendy has a deep passion for exploring different cultures and meeting new people, and her favorites include cruising with friends. Her mother, Barbara, who has worked in the industry for over 40 years, is proud of Wendy's success. The two share a strong family bond in the travel business, and Wendy continues to create lasting memories for her clients.

Barbara grew up in Los Angeles and was fortunate to travel extensively, visiting 65 countries and spending 45 years as a travel advisor. She became a travel agent after friends kept asking about her trips, realizing she could help others make their travel dreams a reality.

As a certified travel and cruise professional, her passion for the industry has only grown over the decades. She’s had incredible experiences, such as flying on the Concorde, visiting the Terracotta Army in Xi’an, exploring Machu Picchu, and going on safari in Africa. She’s also cruised with family across the world’s waterways.
​
Beyond her travels, Barbara loves planning adventures for clients and learning from their experiences. When she’s not working, she enjoys beach walks, working out, and volunteering with Rotary.

After 30+ years in corporate events, Julie pivoted and joined Team Travelmomwendy in the leisure travel business. She has been fortunate to travel to 5 of the 7 continents, with Africa and Antarctica on her radar.
She can help you with a girls getaway, a family reunion, once in a lifetime trip, cruise, etc. You can also find her, in partnership with Jackie, taking care of your needs behind the scenes, making sure you get all the details and documents for your travel adventure.
One of her favorite experiences was backpacking through Europe after college, but today she could never not know where she was staying every night! You are just as likely to find Julie tent and RV camping in a national park as you are to find her at the pool at a luxury hotel.
